SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - Power Platform & Digital Transformation

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to lead complex client engagements, manage cross-functional delivery teams, and ensure successful execution of analytics and automation programs. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with a consulting mindset and a passion for delivering business impact

Job Details

    • Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics, automation, and digital transformation projects.

    • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

    • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Data Engineering, and Business Analysis teams.

    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.

    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.

    • Manage client communications and provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

    • Drive project governance, change management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Prepare project documentation including project charters, RAID logs, status reports, steering committee presentations, and executive summaries.

    • Support business development activities by contributing to project estimations, resource planning, and solution discussions.

    • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process optimization and technology adoption

    • 8+ years of Project Management experience in consulting, technology, analytics, or digital transformation environments

    • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)

    • Proven Experience managing AI , Analytics , Automation and Digital Transformation Intiatives

    • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills

    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices

    • Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid project delivery models

    • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment

    • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is preferred

    • Immediate joiners preferred

    • Open to travel based on client requirements

    • Valid B1/B2 visa is highly desirable
